More than 150 visitors will come to Knoxville October 10-12 to learn about exercise and health at the Tennessee Body-for-Life Club's annual fitness conference at the Knoxville Hilton Hotel.

The conference offers many scheduled events including group dinners, fitness competitions, group workouts and fun ways to be active, such as participating in the well-known Race for the Cure run on Saturday. The event will take place in several Knoxville venues over the three-day period.

Event attendees include champion winners from previous years and The New York Times best selling author, magazine publisher, documentary filmmaker, entrepreneur, inventor and self made millionaire, Bill Phillips. Phillips will speak on Sunday at 10 a.m. about his popular books Body-for-Life, Eating-for-Life and Transformation and will also share his words of wisdom on living healthy.

The conference is a sure way for attendees to get fit, get inspired, meet new people and have fun. For more information, visit www.tnchampweekend.com.
