Chef's Challenge

11 am to 1 pm - A local chef will be challenged to create a meal that is
1) Representative of his/her restaurant's faire
2) utilizing foods purchased that day at the Farmers Market as the main ingredients in the dishes prepared.
The chef will have one hour to shop for the ingredients and one hour to cook the meal.
