Halloween in the City
Safety City at 165 S. Concord St.

5 pm to 8 pm - Families come to "Trick or Treat" at Safety City. Sponsors & City Depts provide trick or treat booths with games & activities where candy & small toys are distributed in a carnival atmosphere. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
