5 K Run / Walk and Walk in the Park to benefit Thompson Cancer Survival Center's Cancer Outreach Services program. Pre & Post Race festivities for the entire family. All proceeds of the event are used to fund cancer screenings & education for the medically underserved throughout Knox & 17 surrounding counties in East TN.
