All About Gotta Know Knoxville

The original on-site "Gotta Know Knoxville" is a program in which hotel, restaurant and local attraction employees spend one afternoon (approximately four hours) learning about attractions, venues and retail outlets in the Knoxville area. Attendees spend one hour watching a presentation, one hour participating in a walking tour, and another two hours partaking in a driving tour. This program is presented each month to a maximum of 20 participants.
Gotta Know Knoxville Unplugged
Gotta Know Knoxville “Unplugged” is a short video that showcases many of Knoxville’s most exciting local attractions and unique features. The video displays the beauty and fun that Knoxville has to offer to both tourists and locals who are interested in knowing more about the city. The video is also perfect for educating employees in the hospitality industry about the city so that they can, in turn, share their knowledge of the city with those they come in contact with.
